I took Adderall XR 30mg at 2pm today; Can I take Tramadol 50 mg now, at midnight?

I have a sore back. And a headache. Completely un ignorable! Its irritating. It is pretty severe. Its a extremely painful throbbing pain around my forehead and nose. My back hurts at the top. Like muscle pains that wont go away. It happens every night. The time it begans usually depends on how much energy i use through out the day and what time i take my generic adderall xr. My adderall is 30 mg. I took it around two. i expirience this same painful problem every night when it wears off. ive tried tylonal, regular vicodin, vicodin es, and vicodin hp, ib profen 800, 600, and 200. ive tried absolutely everything to get this pain in my back and head to go away after the adderall and NOTHING works. I have some tramadol 50mg. Would i be okay to take the tramadol right now? i took the adderall around 2pm and right now it is 11:45pm. Damn near midnight. So the adderall should be completely worn off by now.
My only concern with the tamadol was it lowers the siejure threshold. & i was epileptic up until i was 11. Just figured Id throw that out there. I dont think it should have much concern because im 18 now. so that shouldnt matter? right? i just dont want to take the tramadol & die? help...?
