Did I eat too much today?
Im 150 cm. Im 16 years old. Im so embarassed to say that my weight is 53kg...

I usually do anywhere from 10minutes to an hour of walking per day, plus 30mins light weight training OR 200 sit ups and a 20 minute jog (4.5 kms)

Breakfast:
100g low fat yoghurt, 1 kiwi fruit

Lunch:
chickpeas, corn and a small can of springwater tuna

Dinner:
large honey and soy beef steak, boiled potatoes with oil, steamed veges.

Snacks:
2 scoops ice cream and a scoop of low fat yoghurt, 1 low fat cheese triangle, small tub raw vegetables, bowl of fruit, 1 ssquare white chocolate

Did I eat too much? I think I did and Im craving cake. . . Please help. And dont tell me im too young to be worrying about this stuff etc...
