I used them as I am a heavy coffee drinker, and yes it did. I used the 14 day pack, and people asked what dentist bleached my teeth.

I'd get them a try, and use 3D whitening toothpaste to get them puppies white as snow! :)

They did make little white spots appear on my gums, but it was the peroxide. Don't freak out if that happens, they'll return to normal within a few hours and it's not harmful.

No they are a rip off. A tooth brush and a good tooth paste will remove stains better than that junk. If you drink a cup of coffee or tea, then brush your teeth.
Most stains on you teeth are embedded in the enamel and only a dentist can remove them
