You may become reliant on it for sleep. You may have trouble falling asleep now on your own if you continue. Use with caution.

I am not sure if it is bad for you. The pill may stop working with your body and you will have to try others. Then your body will stop working with those. Taking them too much may cause your body to not sleep at all. I would try to stop taking them all together and search for other methods of falling asleep. You can possibly try herbal remedies or teas.

Depending on the type of pill your using as a sleeping sedative can cause your answers to differ. But if the pill isn't prescribed and your not an insomniac id advise you to not proceed with your daily routine of taking them. I can only imagine what your doing to your liver. Not to mention the addicting issue your bringing upon yourself. Your body could begin to rely on the medication for sleep.
