I have this constant twitching like pins and needles on my left temple,what is this?

Its so annoying.. and I get pins and needles in finger tips! But the face thing just started in my left temple,pins and needles, its very distracting from life what could it be?

It could be something called trigeminal neuralgia which is an inflammation of the nerves that run through your face. I have been experiencing this for almost a year now along with head pains that I am told are either occipital neuralgia(inflammation of the occipital nerves that run from the neck to head or paroxysmal hemicrania which is a headache from hell that makes you feel that pins and needles feeling throughout your head and face. I would suggest that you visit a neurologist. Good luck to you!
